Europe’s major culture channel a r t e . t v shows the new documentary movie “The Walls of Warsaw 1943-44″ by André Bossuory.

Together with the two journalists Maria Zielinska (Poland) and Alexandra Jastrzebska (France) the Berlin artist Roman Kroke travels to Warsaw enquiring into two historical events: the Revolt in the Warsaw Ghetto (1943) and the Warsaw Uprising (1944). The movie was sponsored by the European Commission.

The exhibiition will be supplemented by a 2-day teacher training by Roman Kroke about the artistique workshop concepts which he is leading throughout Europe. Topics: Etty Hillesum, the Bielski Brothers, the White Rose Resistance Movement (Hans & Sophie Scholl), The Vel d’Hiv Roundup, the Berlin Wall, Friedrich Spee (Medieval witch hunts & today’s cybermobbing).
